Call Center Support Services
Any request is handled first over the phone. The technical team examines the issue technically and the solutions for the problem are shared with our customers. The call is ended when the problem is resolved. If the problem cannot be fixed over the phone, our customers are directed to our other support services.
Technical Service
Technical service is the ideal solution for hardware failures that cannot be resolved over the phone, upgrades or software interventions that our customers do not want to do themselves, but wish to be done under the supervision of expert personnel.
Some of the services provided in our technical service can be listed as follows:
Repair of hardware malfunctions,
Hardware additions, ie upgrades,
Installing and configuring software,
General maintenance.
Pick Up - Repair - Deliver Service
For our customers who do not want to bring their product to our nearest Technical Service or who do not have time, we have a "Pick - Repair -Deliver" service. If desired, for a fee, your product will be picked up from your place and brought to the technical service by the technical experts. After repairing, your product will be delivered as soon as possible.
On-site Support Service
If requested, on-site support is provided. Our technical team who know the needs of the customer determine the needed procedures and parts, and direct On-Site Support Specialists to the customer.
On-Site Support Specialists provide on-site service to customers and perform the requested service. These are some examples:
Repair of hardware malfunctions,
Hardware additions, ie upgrades,
Installing and configuring software,
Installation services.
